Historic Water Mission: Relief Pack Delivered to Jhajjar’s Kharhar Village
The Gram Panchayat of village Kharhar, located under Tehsil Bahadurgarh of Jhajjar district in Haryana state, had been continuously facing a severe geographical problem of waterlogging for many years. According to the actual data presented by local villagers and affected farmers, every year during the monsoon season, approximately 150 acres of fertile agricultural land in the village would become completely waterlogged. Due to excessive accumulation of water in the fields, crops such as paddy, wheat, millet, and other seasonal produce would rot and be completely destroyed.
The intensity of the waterlogging was so high that due to water stagnating in the fields for long periods, it became completely impossible for farmers to sow the next crop on time. Due to the absence of any proper and permanent drainage infrastructure in the village, local farmers were suffering heavy financial losses every year.
Several farmers clearly stated that they had to bear a direct loss of thousands of rupees per acre. Due to this continuous destruction, the farmers of the area had become extremely economically weakened and were getting trapped in the net of debt.

Petition Submitted by Gram Panchayat at Satlok Ashram Dhanana Dham
Even after repeatedly appealing at the government and administrative level, when no solution to this serious problem was found, Gram Panchayat Kharhar took a collective decision. An official delegation of seven to eight farmers, under the leadership of the village Sarpanch (Pradhan Ji), arrived at Satlok Ashram Shri Dhanana Dham seeking the refuge of Jagatguru Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Upon arriving there, the Gram Panchayat presented their acute problem in written form before Maharaj Ji. The villagers, based on their initial estimates, had placed a technical demand for approximately 3,500 feet of drainage pipeline and one motor pump to drain the water.
Impartial Technical Survey via Drone and Ground Inspection
As soon as the petition letter from Gram Panchayat Kharhar was received at Dhanana Dham, Jagatguru Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj immediately issued an order to dispatch his special technical survey team to village Kharhar without any administrative delay. The speed of this swift action was so rapid that before the village representatives had even returned home from the ashram, the survey team had already arrived in Kharhar village for physical inspection.
The survey team conducted a comprehensive ground-level and impartial inspection of the affected agricultural land, the waterlogged areas, and the possible drainage routes. After an in-depth technical examination, the survey team found that the demand for the 3,500-foot pipeline estimated by the Gram Panchayat was technically insufficient for the permanent resolution of the problem.
Considering the actual ground situation and the total volume of water, the survey team prepared a report that the village required at least a 5,000-foot pipeline and two high-capacity motors for complete drainage. This revised and detailed report was immediately sent for approval to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, who immediately granted his sanction.
Detailed List of Approved Relief Materials and Technical Specifications
Jagatguru Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, under Phase 2 of the Kisan Mazdoor Bachao Abhiyan, dispatched the approved relief materials overnight via heavy trucks to village Kharhar without any delay. The complete technical list of the distributed materials is as follows:
- Main Pipeline Structure: 5,000 feet total length, 8-inch diameter (Diameter) heavy-duty pipeline.
- Industrial Adhesive/Solvent: High-quality Fevicol SR Solvent for airtight joining of the pipes with each other.
- Direction-Change Fittings: Heavy Bends required to bend the pipeline according to the slope of the land.
- Mechanical Joints: A complete set of chains and nuts-bolts required to firmly lock the pipes together.
- Air Release Valves: Special Air Valves to maintain smooth flow of water inside the pipeline and to control pressure.
- Pumping Machinery: Two high-power electric motors of 10 HP (Horse Power) capacity each.
Rules of Project Implementation and Advance Operating Conditions
While officially handing over the relief materials, the volunteers of the survey team made the advance operating guidelines clear to Gram Panchayat Kharhar. The phased rules determined as per the orders of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj are as follows:
- First Phase: The total 5,000-foot, 8-inch pipeline and all its associated fitting materials (Fevicol, Bends, Nuts-Bolts, Air Valves) were handed over to the villagers on the spot itself in the physical presence of the Sarpanch and the entire Panchayat.
- Second Phase: The Gram Panchayat will be required to compulsorily complete the work of burying this entire 5,000-foot pipeline underground in the fields using their local resources (tractors and labour) within the next 10 to 12 days, before paddy sowing begins.
- Third Phase: After the pipeline has been successfully buried underground, the Gram Panchayat will inform the survey team. After this, the technical team will come again and conduct a physical verification of whether the pipes have been buried according to the correct specifications or not.
- Fourth Phase: As soon as the report of this second technical verification is positive, both the 10 HP electric motors will also be immediately handed over to the villagers on the orders of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.

Grand Welcome, Celebration and Personal Memories by Villagers
As soon as the massive trucks loaded with pipes arrived in village Kharhar at 7:00 AM, an atmosphere of historic excitement was created throughout the entire village area. Despite the extreme temperature of 45 degrees Celsius and scorching heat, hundreds of villagers, youth, and farmers gathered at the main entrance of the village. The villagers gave a grand welcome to the service convoy with dhol-nagadas (drums), a shower of flowers, and garlands.
On this occasion, a collective recitation of the holy Mangalacharan was performed and the Sarpanch respectfully offered a floral garland upon the image of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. The villagers, sharing their personal experiences, said that in their entire lives they had never seen such "superfast current service" — where years of visiting government and administrative offices yielded nothing, here goods worth lakhs of rupees arrived directly in the village within just 24 hours.
A young villager Navdeep said that the farmer is the backbone of the country and with crops being protected, the entire youth and the country will become stronger. A villager named Ajay said emotionally that Maharaj Ji is not an ordinary human being but the manifest Supreme God Himself, who without any selfishness or discrimination of caste or religion is eliminating the sufferings of the entire world. The volunteers informed that Maharaj Ji has already given such relief to more than 5,000 villages and on this day this is the fifth village of Jhajjar district.
Path to Permanent Water Security and Long-Term Economic Prosperity in Kharhar Village
Jagatguru Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, through this massive infrastructure assistance, has provided a permanent and strong economic protective shield to the 150-acre agricultural area of Kharhar village forever. After the installation of this 5,000-foot-long 8-inch underground pipeline and two high-capacity motors, the floodwater accumulating in the fields will be able to be drained immediately and permanently.
This will prevent the fertile power of the land from being destroyed and farmers will be able to sow and harvest their crops on time. With a complete stop to losses of lakhs of rupees annually, the financial condition of the farmers will become stronger and they will be able to get free from the crisis of debt. This project is going to prove to be a strong foundation of permanent prosperity and happiness for the coming generations of Kharhar village.
